Introduction of Professor Li Xiangdong
Li Xiangdong, male, holds a Doctoral degree, and is a Professor and Master’s Supervisor. He currently serves as Dean of the School of Economics at Jiangsu University of Technology, Deputy Director of the Changzhou Private Economy Research Institute, Director of Changzhou Federation of Social Sciences, and Executive Director of Changzhou Financial Society.
He has been awarded numerous prestigious academic and honorary titles for his outstanding research achievements and educational contributions, including the Academic Leader of the “Blue and Blue Project” of Jiangsu Province and the Top Ten Research Pioneers of Changzhou City, fully recognizing his outstanding academic potential and leading role in regional scientific research innovation.
Professor Li has long been dedicated to high-level scientific research and teaching reform practice. He has presided over and participated in a total of 2 national scientific research projects, 7 provincial and ministerial-level research projects, 2 key provincial teaching reform projects, 3 key municipal and departmental-level projects, 8 general municipal and departmental-level research projects, and 5 horizontal cooperative research projects. His research projects cover key fields such as industrial economic transformation, digital economy development, technological innovation management and labor education reform, providing important theoretical support and practical solutions for regional economic high-quality development and university discipline construction.
In terms of academic output, he has published more than 30 high-quality research papers in authoritative journals indexed by SCI, EI, CSSCI and Chinese Core Journals. His research achievements have won a number of provincial and municipal academic awards with high academic recognition, including two Third Prizes of Jiangsu Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, one Second Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Excellent Project Achievement Award, one Second Prize of Changzhou Municipal Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, and one First Prize of Excellent Paper in the 9th Southern Jiangsu Academic Conference. In addition, he has published 2 academic monographs and 1 professional textbook, which have enriched the theoretical system of industrial economy and digital economy research and provided effective teaching materials for university professional talent training.
His main research directions focus on Industrial Economics, Digital Economy, Technological Innovation and Management, as well as Labor Education. He has made fruitful academic achievements and made important contributions to discipline development, regional economic research and innovative talent cultivation in Jiangsu Province.
