教育强国背景下学校课程体系建设探析——“教育强国背景下县域中小学课程体系建设的挑战与路向”研讨

摘要:为贯彻国家及广东省关于基础教育高质量发展的战略部署,第二届珠江教育论坛暨广州大学纵向帮扶清远“三所学校”质量提升研讨会于20257月在清远召开。会议聚焦“教育强国背景下县域中小学课程体系建设的挑战与路向”,旨在解决当前课程体系未能充分满足教师、学生、家长及用人单位需求的核心问题,探索构建人民满意、平衡个人与社会价值、兼顾当下与未来、协调个性与全面发展的课程体系。围绕方案锚定:教育强国背景下课程体系的全景设计;理论支撑:创新学校课程体系改革方案;经验转化:探索国内外课程发展的实践智慧;未来展望:跨学科教学赋能育人路径议题,提出教育强国背景下课程发展与改革的关键方向,以赋能中小学课程体系建设。

Title: Curriculum System of County Primary and Secondary Schools: Challenges and Optimization Paths for Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract: To implement the national and Guangdong Province’s strategic plans for high-quality development of basic education, the Second Zhujiang Education Forum and the Quality Enhancement Seminar for the Three Schools in Qingyuan under the Vertical Support of Guangzhou University was held in Qingyuan in July 2025. The conference focused on the challenges and directions of the curriculum system construction in county-level primary and secondary schools under the background of building an educational power, aiming to address the core issue that the current curriculum system fails to fully meet the needs of teachers, students, parents, and employers, and to explore the construction of a curriculum system that satisfies the people, balances individual and social values, takes into account the present and the future, and coordinates individuality and all-round development. The conference centered on the following topics: panoramic design of the curriculum system under the background of building educational power; theoretical support for innovative school curriculum system reform plans; transformation of experience: exploring practical wisdom in domestic and international curriculum development; future outlook: interdisciplinary teaching empowering the educational path. It proposed key directions for curriculum development and reform under the background of building educational power to empower the construction of primary and secondary school curriculum systems.
