摘要:教育家精神作为中国教师群体的宝贵精神财富,包括理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心和弘道追求等方面。高校作为现代化人才培养的重要枢纽,承担着立德树人的根本任务,将教育家精神融入“三全育人”(全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人)体系,有助于提升育人质量,培养具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才。实践路径包括将教育家精神融入课堂教学、加强思政教育、优化行政服务、构建全方位育人体系、营造积极向上的校园文化氛围和加强师资队伍建设等方面。通过这些措施,可以有效激发教师的教育热情和责任感,提升学生的综合素质和创新能力,推动高等教育内涵式发展。未来,随着教育改革的不断深入,教育家精神赋能高校“三全育人”的实践路径将更加丰富多样,为新时代高校教育提供理论参考和实践指导。

Title: The Era Value and Practical Path of Educator Spirit Empowering “Three-wide Education” in Colleges and Universities
Abstract: As a valuable spiritual asset of Chinese teachers, the educator spirit encompasses ideals and convictions, moral sentiments, educational wisdom, dedication in practice, benevolence, and the pursuit of upholding truth. As a crucial hub for cultivating modern talents, institutions of higher education undertake the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and morality. Integrating the educator spirit into the “Three-wide Education” system (education by all, education throughout the process, and education in all aspects) helps improve the quality of education and nurture high-caliber talents with a strong sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit, and practical ability. Practical approaches include embedding the educator spirit into classroom teaching, strengthening ideological and political education, optimizing administrative services, building a comprehensive education system, fostering a positive campus culture, and enhancing the construction of the teaching workforce. These measures effectively stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, elevate students’ comprehensive qualities and innovative capabilities, and advance the connotative development of higher education. In the future, with the continuous deepening of educational reform, the practical paths through which the educator spirit empowers “Three-wide Education” in colleges and universities will become increasingly diverse, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for higher education in the new era.
